Founded in 2010, Frasers Financial has been a "fresher face" to the industry of merchant services and business funding.  In order to distinguish ourselves from our previously-established competitors, we first had to work for our competition.  

      After over 2 years working for various merchant service providers and business funding agencies, we got an inside look at what needed to be changed.  At the top of the list, merchant satisfaction.  These companies never truly cared about the merchants they were working with, to them they were just another number, (a MID, or merchant ID# on the top of their statement for processing, or a loan#, etc.)  These are the first words out of any large processing company or loan organizations mouth when you call their customer service.  And that is how you were brought up in their systems.  

         Here at Frasers Financial, I, Kyle Fraser Founder of Frasers Financial, make it a point to initially personally speak with each and every potential client.  I also make it a point to follow up with our clients from time to time just to say hello and assure we are living by our motto of "Merchant Satisfaction is our Business."
